Terrible customer service and will gladly steal your money

I have been on Latinamericancupid off and on for over 5 years. I did meet some nice women, and also lots of scammers, and webcam models use the service for free, to lure men into their sites. Be on the lookout, as these women can join for free, and get free emailing (where men have to pay for everything, to do the same). Lots of fakes, since they can join for free, and coax men into believing they are real. They will try to get in your heart, then, eventually ask for money, with all kinds of crazy excuses. NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYONE YOU MET ON THE INTERNET! You have been warned. Now, recently I tried to sign up and even paid for 3 months platinum subscription, of which cupid gladly took my money, but some kind of snafu, with my old accounts, and now, I cannot even get into the site, as I have been permanently deactivated. I have sent close to 10 emails back and forth to the site, and even though they said I could use my new account, it still does not work. I told them, to refund my money, and so far they have refused. I am ****ed off, and now have to deal with it all through my bank, and VISA. So, beware, this site is not truthful, and sometimes a **** up will be a pain to rectify. No 800 number here in the USA to talk to anybody live. What a terrible customer service for such a large website company. They want you to email back and forth. Stay away in my honest opinion. Like I said I am a long term customer, and this is how they treat you. Also, since women join for free, I find it discriminatory, and a easy way for the scammers, and FAKES to weasle their way into your wallet. I knew better, and can spot them a mile away. I have reported over a hundred scammers and fakes, and at least the site dumps them right away, but, they reappear using another name. it's a constant battle to find the real ones, so buyer beware. IMHO, if they charged at least a small amount, then they would probably get real women on here to meet men. You have been warned so good luck if you make the plunge, but, be on the lookout for FAKES and scammers.
